She has designed books for several authors and her paintings are represented in galleries and homes from Saint Petersburg, Norway, the East Coast of the US to Mexico. Working with Lorie Topinka, she most recently co-authored Capillas of San Miguel de Allende: A Legacy of Faith. This lovely travel book focuses on the small chapels around San Miguel and includes suggested day-trips to these chapels, the history of the area, along with photos and watercolors of the chapels. “When I’m sketching and painting, I am fully present in the moment. It is a deeply pleasurable and creative experience. It keeps me centered. Then later on, when I look at a painting I have completed, I remember the all the sounds, the temperature, the people who passed by, and the entire plein aire experience. This process has helped me to love Mexico even more – and it’s a process I’d like to share with you!”
